The 21 Club team launches Moon

At Moonwe could almost imagine ourselves in a New York party bar of the 1930s. After the 21 Clubchef Cyrille Azevedo is making his mark on Geneva’s culinary scene. An extensive cocktail menu has been skilfully devised, accompanied by a food menu that whets the appetite with an evolving and contemporary “junk food” offering. The chef has revisited the great classics of world street food, infusing them with a touch of modernity. The menu features a pastrami and cheddar sandwich, a brioche bun with stracciatella and eggplant, a grilled cheese, a lobster roll and, of course, a Moon cheese burger.
