The 2025 Meeting of the Grandes Tables de Suisse
The annual event brought together Switzerland’s most prestigious chefs, with a combined total of over 1000 Gault & Millau points. The Grandes Tables suisses is committed to both national and international development, with a focus on sustainability, local products and the training of young talent. Members share an exceptional team spirit and pursue high standards of service, while cultivating conviviality and art de vivre. In Geneva, the new members are Jean-Marc and Robin Bessire of Le Cigalon, Yoann Caloué of Café des Banques and Dominique Gauthier of F. P. Journe.
