The annual general meeting of the Grandes Tables suisses association, held on May 11 and 12, 2025, was dedicated to welcoming new members and promoting intergenerational dialogue.

The annual event brought together Switzerland’s most prestigious chefs, with a combined total of over 1000 Gault & Millau points. Guy Ravet, President of Grandes Tables suissesWe were able to encourage the exchange of experience between different regions and generations, thus contributing to the promotion of Swiss haute gastronomy. The Grandes Tables suisses is committed to both national and international development, with a focus on sustainability, local products and the training of young talent. Members share an exceptional team spirit and pursue high standards of service, while cultivating conviviality and art de vivre. In Geneva, the new members are Jean-Marc and Robin Bessire of Le Cigalon, Yoann Caloué of Café des Banques and Dominique Gauthier of F. P. Journe.
