Takeover of Auberge de Dardagny

It’s a long way from the city center to the countryside. Fabio Stridi decided to make the leap to the tranquility of Dardagny by taking over the Auberge du Village with his wife Marina. Facing the vineyards of Geneva and the Jura mountains, this historic address will soon be reborn in the middle of autumn. We already know that the couple want to subtly blend the charm of yesteryear with contemporary comforts. The inn has always been a meeting place for locals and epicurean travelers eager to indulge. Completely redesigned, the building now houses guest rooms, a bistro and a restaurant. In terms of cuisine, the bistro offers a typical village atmosphere of conviviality and sharing, with local dishes and some great Franco-Swiss classics. The restaurant at Auberge de Dardagnyrestaurant celebrates the creativity of artisan chef Fabio Stridi. In the cellar, Dardagny takes pride of place with a selection of over 60 wines, 20 of which are available by the glass, as well as a few nuggets available exclusively for the Auberge.
