Swimming pool and Dolce Vita at the Intercontinental

Open to the public throughout the summer season, the swimming pool at the Intercontinental Hotel is coming to life in a transalpine version. As soon as the warm weather arrives, which we hope will be soon, we’ll be able to discover the cuisine of the Poolside restaurant, with a new menu created by chef Quentin Jacquemoud. Beef carpaccio, saffron and calamari risotto, vitello “feratto”, fresh pastas such as smoked tagliatelle with pistachio, stracciatella and tomato confit, homemade pizzas, fritto misto… are just some of the chef’s specialties. From 6:00 p.m. onwards, the restaurant transforms into a lively bar, with various antipasti and dolci on the menu, in a spirit of sharing and pleasure… Benvenuti!
