Vanessa and Pierre are back with another summer residency at their Geneva-based Bánh Mì.

It’s always a pleasure to recount the culinary adventures of Vanessa and Pierre, the founders of Bánh Mì, who are no strangers to gourmet collaboration. Always keen to showcase talented young chefs within their Vietnamese gastronomic universe, they invite us to discover the cuisine of chef Marie Ke. From July 16 to 20, head to Place des Eaux Vives to meet this world-traveler who explores her culinary identity through comforting dishes such as her pot-au-pho and variations on chè, the traditional Vietnamese dessert.
