Striking duo at the Comptoir du Boulevard
It’s the kind of collaboration we love! Above all, it’s an exciting alliance of talents that is helping to put Geneva at the center of the gastronomic map. First, there’s the Comptoir du Boulevard trio: Charlotte de Benedetti, Charlotte Hennessy and Romain Bortolloti, who continue to light up the Boulevard Georges-Favon with their delicious polpettes and languorous tiramisus. On Friday July 19, these three young restaurateurs welcome Jacopo Romagnoli, former chef of Café de la Plage, and Axel Caubet, founder of Pompette, a wine import and distribution company. The Comptoir du Boulevard is transformed into Mulberry Street for the occasion. Enjoy a soft-boiled egg, tuna belly and choron sauce, red mullet “quazzetto” and braised escarole, or an ice-cream sandwich.
