Chef Serge Labrosse seems to appreciate the festive, convivial side of a guinguette. After a first version on the terrace of his restaurant La Chaumière during the summer months, the chef is back again, adapting to the charms of winter with a menu of typically seasonal dishes where comfort rhymes with generosity and gourmandise. A cromesquis of pig’s trotters, truffle and tarragon will surely win you over, or a cassolette of parsley mushrooms with cream and mouillettes. In terms of formulas, the chef has concocted a fish formula or a meat formula. Bouillabaisse or cod steak? Venison steak or traditional pot-au-feu? The choice is yours… The chef’s wife, Els Labrosse, has also transformed the dining room into a magical setting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
