When we visited at the beginning of January, we loved our dinner at Satu. The atmosphere, the music, the lighting, the service, the cocktails and of course the food charmed us right from the start. It seems we’re not the only ones to agree, since the founding duo of Soï Thaï Canteen and Suahoy, Sandrine Pally and Yuttakan Pongkunsup, have decided to open their Thai tapas and cocktail bar for lunches. A committed stance in a fast-developing district, but relatively deprived of good addresses. As usual, we wish the best to this entrepreneurial duo, who delight Geneva with their Thai concepts. Lunches at Satu will start on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
