Satu opens for lunch
Once inside the restaurant and bar Saturestaurant and bar, you might be forgiven for thinking you’re in New York’s meat packing district or London’s Soho. Well, not at all: you’re in Geneva’s Jonction district. Right from the start, I was immediately seduced by this third chain created by Sandrine Pally and Yuttakan Pongkunsup. I invite you to (re)see my reel on Instagram if you haven’t already. Back to the news: building on their success, the duo behind SoÏ Thaï Canteen and Suahoy have announced that their latest addition, Satu, will soon open for lunch. You’ll find Thai-inspired starters and dishes that change daily, but are the same every week. While Tuesdays are devoted to poultry with Khao Man Kai, Wednesdays embellish seafood with Krapao Sea food. It’s up to you to discover the rest of what’s on offer and let yourself be seduced by this wonderful establishment.
