First things first… Ivalu Acurio and Yoss Kakinuma, the founding duo of the Sando and Saokowill soon be collaborating with food influencer Cedrik Lorenzen to create personalized burgers. Coming soon to Sando. And let’s not stop there: the duo have announced that they will start selling three of Saoko’s best sellers at the Manor restaurant in Geneva. From now on, you can find Saoko, Acebichado and Coliflor poke bowls in the department store’s restaurant. Finally, the group’s latest concept arrives in Geneva. After a pop-up opening in Zürich at the end of 2024, the two chefs decided to launch their range of fried chicken revisited by chef Ivalu Acurio exclusively on Ubereats.
