Safre receives Pompette

Food and wine collaborations are well underway in the beautiful City of Calvin. Under the sign of Champagne bubbles, the owner of the restaurant Safre restaurant in the Quartier des Banques welcomes Axel Caubet, founder of wine import company Pompettefor an evening of champagne cuvées. While chef Quentin Chasserey prepares a menu featuring a ricotta and pea tartlet, crab with cashew espuma and lovage oil, or veal fillet with chanterelle mushrooms and samphire, Axel Caubet draws sparkling pearls from his secret cellar to match the chef’s dishes. Domaine Goutorbe-Bouillot ” Reflets de Rivière ” Gaspard Brochet –^1er Cru 333d or Domaine des Tuileries – Bryan Marx ‘Clos du Château ‘Blanc de blancs 2019 to name but a few will be on hand for an evening that promises to be full of surprises.
