Romain Paillereau’s “Insolites

On Sunday, July 14 at 11:30 am, the chef from Les Trois Tours in Bourguillon, Romain Paillereau, launches his first “Repas Insolites”, part of a series of four events organized each year. In the heart of the Oelberg hydroelectric power station in the lower town of Fribourg, the chef and his brigade will be cooking in a brazier.
