Reopening of Les Philosophes

We were thrilled to hear the news that the restaurant Les Philosophes reopens its doors at 2 rue Jean-Michel Billon. The new concept? A boutique-brewery that welcomes gourmets in search of invigorating dishes in an artistic environment with a sharp and varied style. Couple Benilde and Nicolas Blanc are on board, rekindling the flame of this establishment so dear to Geneva’s heart. On the program: a brasserie, a bar, a wine cellar, a billiard table, an art gallery by Bel Air Fine Art Geneva, a contemporary lounge for meetings, upcoming Master Classes in collaboration with the Maison Caviar House & Pruniera summer terrace for cigar aficionados and even a catering service. On the menu, chef Richard Terrochaire’s offerings include Caesar salad and sea bream ceviche, poultry stuffed with mushrooms and yellow wine sauce, and a filet of fera du lac with citrus sauce.
