Chef Cyrille Montanier was well aware that his wonderful bistro needed a fresh look. After 16 years behind the Lexiqueit’s done. For four weeks, a tightly-knit team of passionate craftsmen, carefully selected over a period of more than a year, pulled out all the stops to create the new decor for this bistro theater on rue de la Faucille. Woodwork, flooring, banquettes, mirrors and lighting fixtures have all been brought up to date, giving the new theatre a bright new look. Bought at the time from an old village café, the tables and chairs have been kept, like faithful friends. Well done to
