Renewal in the kitchen at Châteauvieux

In keeping with the spirit of transmission, Philippe Chevrier announces the appointment of François Periers as head chef and Manuel Pereira as pastry chef. A smooth transition, since both chefs have been with the Chevrier Group for many years. Damien Coche, a loyal member of the Domaine de Châteauvieux team for 25 years, remains with the brigade as Assistant Chef. Ernest Bardhoku, Second de Cuisine for over three years, is also part of the team. Present at Domaine de Châteauvieux for several months, François Periers and Manuel Pereira officially took up their positions on September 1, 2024. They will continue to work as consultant chefs for the Chez Philippe restaurant, under the direction of Gilles Granziero, Director and Chef de Cuisine of the steakhouse on the Rue du Rhône.
