After a well-deserved summer break, Walter El Nagar and the entire Refettorio team reopen their doors on Tuesday August 20, with the launch of a new Guest Chef Series.

No time to lose! The teams at Refettorio Geneva are already ready to welcome you back to the classroom with a bang, again in support of the less fortunate. Without further ado, the solidarity restaurant announces its next “Guest Chef Series” on Friday, August 29, 2024 and, for this new exceptional lunch, is delighted to welcome Lorenzo dal Bo and Andreas Handke from Zurich.

Owner of the food project BresoLorenzo Dal Bo believes in local, natural food, plant-based recipes, whole-animal consumption and wood-fired cooking. His gastronomic universe also values taste, beauty and health. Andreas Handke, also based in Zurich, is a culinary educator and co-initiator of GastroFutura. Passionate about food and people, he shares his expertise as a lecturer and engages in sustainability projects.
