Pretty Patty launches Side Chick

They just don’t stop! It’s official: last week, the instigators of Pretty Patty inaugurated their new fried chicken concept. Contacted by phone, Lucas Jeanneret doesn’t know which way to turn, but remains enthusiastic about this new project. “Adrian and I love streetfood, and we wanted to do everything we could to create this new culinary adventure around fried chicken. While perpetuating traditional American recipes, we’re also keeping the DNA and originality that made Pretty Patty such a success,” reveals Lucas Jeanneret. On the menu: ultra-crispy chicken in the American style from the southern states, particularly Nashville, Tennessee. Here’s a hint: imagine your Nant d’Avril chicken fried and dipped in a hot honey sauce. In addition to the poultry portion, Lucas and Adrian suggest accompanying this Uncle Sam emblem with “mac & cheese” or “kale slaw”, a version of the famous coleslaw prepared with kale.
