Port Gitana, opening in June

Things are getting clearer and the date is getting closer at Port Gitana. We can even imagine Benjamin Luzuy cutting the pink ribbon on opening day. For the more curious among you, however, you’ll have to wait until June to discover this new nugget nestled in Bellevue, close to the shores of Lake Geneva. The 18 rooms and suites at Port Gitana offer guests a breathtaking view of the region. A hotel as well as a bar and restaurant, all designed by Ykra Architects. On the gastronomic front, the brasserie offers a menu typical of the region, with local dishes revisited by chef Romain Maillot. Dishes include the famous perch fillets, poultry with crayfish and vin jaune, and bouillabaisse lacustre.
