Pizza festival

Rest assured, the approach is child-friendly. No competition, no headaches, and above all no fighting. Through this new Chef Festival for 17 days in a row, 15 restaurants will present an original pizza not on their menu. A special creation to taste, specially made for this competition. When ordering, each guest receives a code on their phone to evaluate the pizza after tasting. The criteria vary according to five factors: the pizza as a whole (its taste and appearance), the dough, the ingredients selected, the originality and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Finally, the three highest-scoring pizzas will be tasted by the festival’s patron, Ivan Barreti, the talented chef from Tosca in Eaux-Vives. After the tasting, the chef will award the chef’s prize, along with the public prize corresponding to the ratings. From Visitaly à Cinecittà to Da Michele or Le Scaramùfrom September 27 to October 13, demonstrating once again that Geneva is a city on the move.
