Patrick Nguyen returns to Bánh Mì

After announcing the arrival of chef Matthieu Frey, Vanessa and Pierre, founders of the Bánh Mì are once again launching their famous residences. Never short of ideas, this cheerful duo lit up the place all last year with some of the most original and original collaborations. So why stop there? Today, they are delighted to welcome Patrick Nguyen for a seven-week residency. Since his last visit to Geneva, the chef has multiplied his residencies abroad and explored new inspirations all over the world. Before finally settling down in Vietnam this spring, he returns to our beautiful Cité de Calvin to share a touch as personal and daring as ever. Revisiting traditions with passion, he ingeniously blends the flavors of Southeast Asia and Europe. A gastronomic voyage not to be missed, featuring beef tartare, naranja salsa, kiwi, chipotle and coriander, as well as sea bass, dried mango, mango oil, ginger and radish water.
