Paris Society revives Minim’s

After his big brother Maxim’s, the founder of Paris SocietyLaurent Gourcuff rekindles the flame of this legendary venue on Paris’s Rue Royale. Now Bisrot Minim’s under the impetus of artistic director Cordélia de Castellane, this iconic establishment now offers a more authentic Parisian bistro experience while keeping one foot in the present. Bistrot Minim’s celebrates the classics of French gastronomy, with a generous, tasty menu that will delight Parisians and tourists alike – Burgundy snails, lentil salad and Morteau sausage, beef onglet with shallots and French fries, stuffed cabbage – and a selection of homemade desserts, such as the famous tarte Tatin or profiteroles. Special mention for the wine list and digestifs. With its 90 covers, Minim’s is just as much a place for meals on the run as it is for moments shared with friends and family.
