Parcelles, the Swit Company tasting

Wine importer and distributor Swit Company is a newcomer to the Geneva wine market. At its helm, young director Simon Barillot and his team are committed to carefully selecting estates from committed, passionate and authentic winemakers. Representing some fifteen estates, he is out to conquer the rising stars, mainly in Burgundy and the Loire, such as Maison A&S and Étienne Bodet. The festivities, to be held on May 21 at chemin de Grange Falquet, will begin with tastings to meet the winemakers before continuing the evening around a wine bar where Simon Barillot will open the Swit Company cellar at special rates. To round off this moment of sharing in style, the team is calling on Gourmet Brothers to treat the palates of epicureans in search of gourmet delights.
