Papabou changes decor and menu

The founder of PapabouCésar Steffen never rests on his laurels. After pioneering the smash-burger concept and launching these caramelized bovine delicacies that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, he has given his brand a second lease of life by redesigning the premises. The floor has been completely redone: the wooden slats have been replaced by a more refined and luminous waxed concrete. A second bench was installed to accommodate more tables. Tables and stools were also added to optimize the layout of the interior space. The owner took the opportunity to introduce a brand-new menu, as well as new opening hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Numerous events are also planned over the coming weeks – we promise to tell you more soon.
