At Le Cercle des Bains, Raúl Barceló Muñoz creates Spanish cuisine to go. Inspired by his Valencian origins, the chef offers a wide variety of tapas and paellas typical of his region.

Since the beginning of March, a new concept has appeared on the Geneva culinary scene: Pan con Tomate. The project was born out of a meeting between Raúl Barceló Muñoz and Ruben Rodrigo, who wanted to bring traditional Spanish paellas to French-speaking Switzerland to take away. The menu features almost ten varieties of paella: traditional, with duck breast, octopus or seasonal vegetables. Something for every taste. Alongside the paellas, a selection of tapas is also available: traditional tortillas, croquetas or Andalusian-style calamari. One dish has already established itself as the house signature: a toasted brioche topped with melting Iberian pork cheek. To be picked up on site, in the Cercle des Bains kitchens or delivered via the platforms, Pan con Tomate is a real invitation to travel to Spain, without leaving our beautiful city.
