Oenological evening at Brasserie Millennium

Brasserie Millenium will soon be hosting Hubervini, a winery from Ticino, for an evening of wine tasting.

Chef Fabien Foare, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has chosen the Hubervini estate, located in the heart of the picturesque Ticino valleys, for an exceptional wine evening in Crissier, featuring a five-course food and wine pairing. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 22, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Brasserie Millenium art gallery, with a first tasting presented by winemaker Jonas Huber, followed by the official meal at the Brasserie. Throughout the evening, chef Fabien Foare and winemaker Jonas Huber will guide guests through their passion for food and wine. On the menu: smoked fario trout, Ticinese-style minestrone, veal osso buco with polenta.
