New season for Dendê

Walk along Lake Geneva, venture into an alleyway a stone’s throw from Les Bains Bleus and discover a little paradise. Withthree distinct areas – the bar, the restaurant and the deckchairs on the beach – the establishment invites you to enjoy internationally inspired cuisine. Beef kebabs with Thai marinade, tuna grilled with Japanese spices, matured beef ribs or wood-fired pizzas: the menu is already a feast for the eyes. And for those who simply want a moment away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the bar offers original signature cocktails and a fine selection of wines. But Christian Marchi remains firm on one point: “Despite this rather incredible setting, we want to remain a simple and friendly establishment, with no headaches and affordable prices,” he confides. At Dendêeverything has been designed to make the pleasure last. In the mornings, yoga and Pilates classes are held on the beach, and at lunchtime, you can enjoy a delicious dish cooked over an open fire, before lounging on a deckchair in the sun and ending the day with a drink in hand. Just one recommendation: get out of the city center… but be warned, reservations are highly recommended!
