New residence at Bánh Mì

Blending Japanese, Argentinean, Italian and Peruvian origins, chef Fede Iwakawa arrives at the Bánh Mì from May 6 to 24 for a new chef residency. After studying cooking in Cordoba, Chef Iwakawa worked and traveled in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, before arriving in Paris. Guided by his travels in Southeast Asia and his multicultural heritage, he offers a Latin-Asian cuisine, where these two cultures meet with character and elegance.
