New chef duo at Tosca

Chef Ivan Baretti has already found his sous-chef. Head of the gourmet restaurant Tosca and its adjoining bistro Puccini, he was looking for a strong right-hand man. Ernest Bardhoku has just arrived a month ago behind the stoves of this Italian gastronomic temple. After completing his Hotel School in the Aosta Valley, he started out in a restaurant called La Cluse. He then headed for Fribourg, where he continued his professional career at the Le Sauvage hotel and restaurant. The young chef then headed for Geneva, where he joined the brigade at La Réserve, before joining Philippe Chevrier at Domaine de Châteauvieux. After four intense years working alongside the famous chef from Satigny, he begins a new chapter in his young gastronomic career. We look forward to tasting the dishes of a talented chef.
