New chef at Khora

Chef Nikitas Chatziroubis, former sous-chef of the restaurant Khora is back and brings to Khora an in-depth knowledge of Greek cuisine. Born in Loannia, northern Greece, he enjoys sharing the flavors of his homeland, enriched by his recent experience. After spending almost two years perfecting his culinary art on the island of Santorini, Chef Nikitas has returned to present his new menu at Khora, blending tradition and creativity. His passion for cooking is rooted in his childhood memories: his father grilling lamb and fish, and his mother quickly preparing the local rösti, potato pancakes with eggs and cheese.
