New address for Paris Society

Faithful to the magic of the place that has made its reputation, Laurent de Gourcuff and his group Paris Society open the doors of Baronne at 11 rue Berryer, in the heart of the ^8tharrondissement. The space boasts incredible volumes and ceiling heights. Paris in all its splendor! One after the other, three rooms are laid out in a row: the Atrium, the Petit Salon and the Salon d’Honneur. A new guard in interior design, Corinne Sachot has created a skilful mise-en-scène blending memory and modernity, as well as fin-de-siècle style with a fine contemporary touch. In the kitchen, the emphasis is on the grill, while the dining room rediscovers the joys of pedestal tables, gestures and carts. Popcorn with mayonnaise, Burgundy snails, yellowtail carpaccio, lamb chops with jus corsé, lobster with parsley butter or chocolate soufflé – the choice is yours!
