Nadine Friedli, Hotel General Manager The Alpina Gstaadwas awarded the title of “Hotelier of the Year” in Switzerland by the Falstaff Hotel Guide 2025. The hotel was also awarded the maximum score of 100 points. The title of Hotelier of the Year recognizes her achievements in developing the superior five-star hotel, as well as her commitment to service excellence in providing guests with unforgettable experiences. “It is an honor to receive this award. It goes to the whole team, however, and underlines the daily commitment of each and every employee. Day in, day out, we live our passion for warm, genuine hospitality.
