Muhamed Muratovic back in the kitchen
Was history written in advance? After a year in the dining room of the Carouge restaurant Sabithe chef Muhamed Muratovic, alias “Momo”, is once again juggling with the heat of the stoves at the establishment located at 31 rue Jacques-Dalphin. Contacted by telephone, Florian Le Bouhec’s former second-in-command at Café de la Paix is delighted to be cooking after more than a year’s absence. The icing on the cake is that “Momo” and his talented sidekick, Christophe Bolay, will soon be organizing a dinner dedicated entirely to hunting.
