Mirazur earns B Corp certification

Le MirazurMauro Colagreco’s three Michelin-starred restaurant in Menton, has taken another historic step by obtaining B Corp certification. This makes Le Mirazur the first 3-Michelin-starred restaurant in the world to receive this recognition, underlining its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. To obtain the American label (for “Benefit for all Corporations”), the Menton establishment demonstrated, through its concrete actions in terms of social and environmental performance, its responsibility towards its ecosystem (shareholders, employees, customers and partners) and its transparency in practices and performance (publication of detailed impact audits). The B Corp certification comes on top of the first Plastic-Free certification obtained in 2020. It is re-evaluated every 3 years according to constantly evolving criteria, which requires constant involvement from companies with a view to continuous improvement. The B Corp community numbers over 8,900 companies worldwide, including 450 in France.
