Mikaël Grou at the Four Seasons in Geneva
When Mikaël Grou left the Beau-Rivage (the hotel now owned by the Casacuberta family is undergoing major renovations), he didn’t go far by staying on the same shore. It’s official: he’s joining the ranks of talent at the Four Seasons as Director of Sommellerie. His career has taken him to the four corners of the globe: he has held key positions in renowned restaurants and luxury hotels in Paris, London, Melbourne, Lausanne and Cambodia, notably during his formative years in the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. At the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, he is responsible for all the hotel’s catering facilities, including the Michelin-starred Il Lago and Izumi restaurants, as well as the Bar des Bergues and the hotel’s event spaces. Happy trails, dear Mikaël!
