For its 2025 vintage, two restaurants were awarded a third star at the Michelin Guide Dubai ceremony.

The Red Bible unveiled the fourth selection of the Michelin Guide Dubai during a superb ceremony held at the Address Sky View Hotel. It was an opportunity to celebrate the city’s culinary excellence, with 119 establishments representing 35 different styles of cuisine, highlighting the burgeoning local gastronomic scene. Two three-star Michelin restaurants, two new one-star Michelin restaurants and five Bib Gourmand restaurants made their debut in the 2025 selection. “Dubai is growing by leaps and bounds, not only as a city, but also as a true gastronomic destination. The incredible diversity of cuisines and the impressive range of restaurants offer gourmets and travelers from all over the world an unparalleled culinary experience. This richness allows everyone to savor exceptional moments at the best addresses in this booming destination,” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guide. Among the new three-star restaurants FZN by Björn Frantzén and the very popular Trèsind Studio have been awarded the ultimate accolade.
