Matière receives Benjamin Breton

To our great delight, Marion Ollivier, Lionel Schneider and Freddy Garanjoud of the restaurant Matière have succeeded in inviting Benjamin Breton, chef of the Auberge de Lucinges, to join them for an evening . Never short of ideas, these instigators of good taste are proposing a gourmet collaboration on Tuesday, March 26, centred on feasting and sharing. Entitled “copains comme cochon” (friends like pigs), Freddy and Benjamin will be showcasing their shared talents in the service of gastronomy by proposing a menu in six sequences based around pigs from Quentin Chenevard ‘s farm in Meinier. While Lionel Schneider uncorks the bottles for the occasion, why not let yourself be tempted by a pâté en croûte, fromage de tête, rillette, Katsu pork loin, Caesar condiment, a féra, pig broth, pike egg, a “pièce de cochon” and a dessert based on Chocolate, bacon and buckwheat.
