Matière celebrates its second anniversary!
It took courage and vision to sign the takeover of the restaurant Matière. Close to the hospital, this part of rue Micheli-Ducret is not the most attractive thoroughfare. And yet, over time and season after season, the Matière team has managed to make its way straight to the top of Geneva bistronomy. From the kitchen. Freddy Garanjoud and Clément Masson create culinary twirls with brilliance and consistency. As for the dining room, Marion Ollivier and Lionel Schneider bring serenity and precision to service and wine advice.
