Mathieu Croze
It’s an internal transfer of power at the Beau-Rivage in Geneva. Following the announcement of the departure of emblematic chef Dominique Gauthier for new culinary adventures at the end of the summer, the palace’s management is counting on the talents of young Mathieu Croze to ensure a smooth transition. Chef Gauthier’s right-hand man for 4 years, he began his career with Anne-Sophie Pic in Valence and then Lausanne, before working with Cyrille Lignac. We look forward to discovering the cuisine of this talented young chef.
