Marina Forney & Mathieu Bruno

Chef Mathieu Bruno, owner of the gourmet restaurant Là-Haut in Chardonne and the recently opened Beef’Or in Lausanne, joins forces with talented Vevey-based food photographer Marina Forney, head of the MF&Co Agency, for an exceptional collaboration at the Riviera-Chablais Hospital. Marina Forney, who specializes in communications and image for the food industry, has been working with Chef Mathieu Bruno for over six years. Together, they will bring to fruition a unique project in partnership with Hôpital Riviera-Chablais by developing a “Signature Vegetarian” menu, with Chef Bruno Ancora at the helm of the HRC’s stoves.
