Madame Sum in England

Known for its colorful frozen ravioli with innovative fillings and gourmet combinations (with renowned chefs such as Benoît Carcenat and Nenad Mlinarevic), Swiss start-up Madame Sum has arrived in Her Majesty’s Kingdom. Over the past two years, Madame Sum has more than doubled its customer base. The loyalty club has also been well received, and now boasts around 9,500 members, with a good million dumplings sold last year. From now on, the British can also enjoy delicious dim sum with creative Swiss flavours: Madame Sum will be offering its premium frozen dumplings abroad for the first time. This makes Madame Sum the first Swiss start-up in the sector to establish a presence in the UK. A major milestone for the company founded in 2019 at theÉcole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
