L’Odéon changes hands

The Odéon changes hands, but stays as is! The article could almost end there. While the news was first announced by Bilan magazine, Arthur Leclerc, head of the catering division of the group owned by Jérôme Félicité, confirms the purchase of the restaurant’s goodwill on boulevard Saint-Georges. Aficionados of this Geneva institution can rest assured that chef Benjamin Garin will remain behind the stoves, and we’ll still be able to enjoy the unmissable pike quenelles with Nantua sauce. The new owners, all fans of gastronomy and wine, have no intention of altering an establishment that is so dear to the hearts of Genevans. Currently closed for a slight, but necessary, rejuvenation, Arthur Leclerc brought in Guillaume Martin, the future director of the Odéon, from Singapore. On the program: a generous, gourmet brasserie cuisine, featuring the classics that have made the restaurant’s reputation, as well as new dishes created by the current team. What’s more, we can look forward to new cuts in the dining room, a dessert cart and a new wine list. Can’t wait to taste. Opening April 15.
