Levantine cuisine at Crudo 7
It’s back to school time for Fabian Affentranger and his restaurant Crudo 7 in Eaux-Vives. After exceptional barbecued meats and a tribute to certain transalpine classics, it’s now the turn of Levantine cuisine to take center stage at the Rue du Lac establishment. Jonathan Massoutier, who assisted Israeli chef Eyal Shabi during last year’s 12-month pop-up at Chez Calvin, is at the helm. Chez Calvin. The menu is inspired by Syrian and Lebanese culinary roots, with a few influences from Turkish, Greek, Israeli and Palestinian flavors.
