Discover the history of La Bonbonnièrehistory, create your own personalized chocolate bar and, of course, taste our in-house specialities to appreciate the finesse and authenticity of a traditional know-how that is both preserved and renewed. “The chocolate workshops we offer at L’École du Chocolat by reservation work very well, but what was missing was an offer for those who have less time or can’t plan ahead. We wanted to create an accessible, spontaneous moment that reflects the soul of our company: passion, generosity and the desire to share our love of chocolate with as many people as possible”, explains Cédric Rahm, head chocolatier and co-director of La Bonbonnière.
