Le Tablard launches its Grand Buffet

Martin Burrus, Mattia Baldissara and the whole team at Tablard team have decided to brighten up the start of the week by offering a choice of carefully selected cheeses from their cheese dairy De Bleu! Every Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., at the bar of the Carouge establishment, cheese lovers will be able to taste at their own discretion these refined treasures, which will change regularly according to the season. Gourmets can rest assured that Mariano Piñero Lopez will continue to create wonderful dishes to share: squid, snow peas, coconut beans, taggiasche olives, pine nuts and parmesan will alternate with malakoff, spinach shoots, chervil and wild watercress.
