Le Cosmopolite: Chevrier’s new haunt
This news may give us even more opportunities to cross paths with chef Philippe Chevrier in the lower streets of Geneva. Located on Place du Molard, the lair of the famous Michelin-starred chef from Domaine de Châteauvieux couldn’t be more central. Always on the lookout for new culinary opportunities and eager to embark on new projects, he never ceases to undertake new ventures, much to our delight. In keeping with the North American spirit, he launches his new restaurant Le Cosmopolite as if it were his first. Open every day, the establishment revisits New York street-food in upscale mode. Caesar salad, lobster roll, pastrami sandwich, salmon bagel or macaroni and cheese. For the more “classic” among us, a rib-eye steak with Cosmopolite sauce and beef tartare will also be on the menu. A slice of the Big Apple in the beautiful City of Calvin.
