Le Bombar at Refettorio

To continue raising funds for the most needy, Chef Walter El Nagar and his entire team at the Refettorio team welcome the Bombar. On Thursday March 14, starting at 12:15pm, Victor Freiburghaus and Alexandre Jeny will be serving up an anthology menu for the good cause. As you’re no doubt aware, these two talented chefs at Place des Augustins, despite their young age, already have extensive CVs in terms of Michelin-starred credentials. Alexandre sharpened his knives at the Assiette Champenoise, while Victor worked in the kitchens of the Parisian restaurant l’Epicure at the Hôtel Bristol. Two French restaurants with three Michelin stars… that’s saying a lot! So get out your diaries!
