Lavinia Benazzio at Refettorio

Lovers of Jacopo Romagnoli’s cuisine at the Café de la Plage in Geneva’s Grand Théâtre will surely remember the restaurant’s former director, Lavinia Benazzio. Wishing to take on a new challenge in her professional career, she has just joined the ranks of the Refettorio Geneva alongside chef Walter El Nagar and his team. Eager to give new meaning to her working days, she will be responsible for the restaurant’s solidarity room, events, planning the next Guest Chef Series and supervising the search for volunteers and donors through the various associative channels.
