L'Accent restaurant in the heart of Buchillon village is looking for its next chef.

Following the departure of chef Mickael Marini, the owner of L’Accent in Buchillons, Antoine Getaz, is looking for a new chef to reignite the stoves of this village bistro, which opened a year before the Covid. This quintessential terroir restaurant has evolved in a bistronomic spirit, going from 12 to 13 out of 20 in the Gault&Millau, and remains open Monday to Friday, lunch and dinner. The next candidate’s objective is not so much to win more awards, but rather to persevere in the quality of his dishes and his welcome. He will be able to count on the support of Antoine Getaz, who is keen to give free rein to the imagination of the next head chef. A great opportunity for a chef driven by a desire for independence.
