La Réserve launches its gastronomic stopovers

This year, to celebrate Pierre Loti’s 175th birthday, La Réserve in Geneva takes you on a culinary odyssey inspired by the writer and traveler of words and worlds. From March 22 to early May, Le Loti inaugurates its first season by setting sail for Spain to celebrate Andalusian generosity, the taste of spices and the warmth of the South. All concocted by Ibiza-based Catalan chef David Reartes. He imagines a tapas menu featuring pimentón-smoked sardines, Iberian ham croquettes, garlic shrimps and spicy romesco potatoes, all accompanied by house cocktails – such as Gazpacho Gimlet or Sangria Del Loti – and carefully selected Spanish grands crus. After Spain, the journey continues with a series of culinary rendezvous in destinations dear to Pierre Loti’s heart: Greece, Vietnam… destinations that shaped his life and nurtured his story.
