With a gentle jazzy melody and the alpine ambience of the Pinte des Mossetteschef Nicolas Darnauguilhem is ready to rekindle the flames in his kitchen. After recently announcing that he would be taking over the restaurant Les Montagnards in Estavennens, the former chef at Le Neptune has a new springtime opus in store for us. With a new pastry chef and a new gardener, the chef continues to write wonderful gastronomic symphonies on the heights of Cerniat. “We look forward to welcoming you back for an ever-renewed gastronomic experience, always rooted in the Fribourg landscape,” declares Nicolas Darnauguilhem.
